‘The Poetry of Place’ by Sarah Wordsworth
What: Guided Walk and Writing Session
Where: meet at Llangoed Village Hall for a walk in Lleiniog Woods
When: Sunday 27 April, 13:00 (for 2 hours)
Sarah Wordsworth, poet-in-residence at Plas Bodfa in 2024, will take a small group out on a walk to the castle, woodlands and possibly beach with word gathering exercises and mindful activities along the way. The captured words and experiences will be taken back to Llangoed Village Hall to be turned into poetry or a memoir, with a sense of place at their heart.
