Some Nice Ice

I’m happy to have some proper cold! Over night we had some below-freezing conditions, enough so that the near-side of the pond surface has frozen. Beautiful patterns arose in the process of liquid becoming solid. The unfrozen water around the piano is glassy and crystal clear.
