An inspired Haiku
Piano Drowning was a natural part of the third major exhibition held at Plas Bodfa. The show was titled ‘Bodfa Continuum - the possibilities of time’, combining history, storytelling with contemporary art. The piano itself was one of four works in and around the pond. It also inspired a new work by Jo Alexander and Lillemor Latham. Drawing attention to the material of wood, the mother-daughter team wrote a haiku for 15 different occurrences of wood they found around the grounds of Plas Bodfa.
