Q: You are only shipping to the UK?
A: Unfortunately, yes, we can only accurately calculate the shipping costs within the UK. Import and export fees are nearly impossible to predict, so regretfully have had to stop selling to our European and International friends! We miss you. Hope to be able to share our multiplicity again with you some day.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We sincerely hope you are happy with your artist multiple! However, if there is a problem of any sort, please contact us right away and we will decide together how to make it right.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Please contact us right away. If the order hasn’t been sent, we will issue a refund right away.

Q: What is an artist multiple?
A: Artist multiples are a series of artworks produced in small and limited editions. Find out more here

Q: How do I know my multiple is authentic?
A: Each multiple is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, which ensures the object is original, numbered and is a true creation of the creative.

Q: How can I send an Object as a gift?
A: Please select ‘as a gift’ when adding the Object to the cart. The extra £3 covers the gift wrapping, a handwritten note and handwritten gift tag. Find out more here

Q: How can I send an Object as a gift to more than one person?
A: Please create a separate order for each gift item. Also, please create separate orders if you are purchasing one Object for yourself and one as a gift.

Q: How are they shipped?
A: We use the Royal Mail for all shipments. We believe in supporting our local economy. All packages are sent out via our local post office in Llangoed.

Q: Can I have a tour?
